The website is partially compliant with the Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities and exclusions indicated below:

Everyone has the right to request that a public entity ensure the digital accessibility of a specific website or website element. The request should include the contact details of the person making the request, an indication of the website or website element, a means of contacting the person making the request, and an alternative method of access, if applicable. The digital accessibility of a public entity's website or website element shall be ensured without undue delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If the digital accessibility of a public entity's website or website element cannot be ensured within 7 days, the public entity shall immediately notify the requesting party of the reasons for the delay and the deadline by which the indicated website or website element will be made digitally accessible, but no later than two months from the date of the request. A public entity shall refuse to ensure the digital accessibility of a website element if doing so would compromise the integrity or reliability of the information provided.
If a public entity is unable to ensure the digital accessibility of an element of a website in accordance with the request, it shall immediately notify the person requesting the reasons for the inability to provide the digital accessibility of the indicated element and indicate an alternative method of accessing that element.
In the event of a refusal to ensure the digital accessibility of the website or an indicated element of the website of a public entity, indicated in the request, or in the event of a refusal to use an alternative method of access by the person making the request, that person has the right to submit a complaint to the public entity regarding the assurance of the digital accessibility of the website or an element of the website.
The provisions of Section VIII of the Act of 14 June 1960 - the Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2096 and of 2019, items 60 and 730) shall apply to complaints considered in proceedings regarding ensuring the digital accessibility of a website or a website element.
After exhausting all possibilities, a complaint may also be sent to the Commissioner for Human Rights.

The entrance to the building is from ul. Gen. Henryka Dąbrowskiego. Entrance to the building is through double doors.
The operator's office is located on the first floor of a 3-story building. The building is not equipped with wheelchair access.
Parking spaces for the disabled are available in the parking lot.
There are no Braille markings in the building, nor are there any high-contrast or large-print markings for the blind or visually impaired.
